We run Ladies only functional fitness bootcamps to keep you on track and motivated with your fitness regime. Whether it’s weight loss, endurance or strength you’re looking for, these friendly and functional bootcamps will give you results and make you feel great. Open to women of all ages, shapes and fitness levels.

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning: 9.30am – 10.30am

Every Sunday morning: 10am – 11am

COST: £7 non-members / £5 members
