Absolutely not! We work with all ages and abilities to build a friendly, fun, sociable and supportive community that gets each and every member from the beginning to the end of their every single workout we do. We want all our members to leave feeling accomplished and eager to come back for more!
How do I book my Fundamentals class?
It’s pretty simple. Send us a Facebook message or pop us an email to Coach Tunde firstname.lastname@example.org to book your place onto our next available class.
What is open gym?
This session is not coached by any of our instructors but instructors will be around to offer any advice or support.
If you’re looking for more time in the gym to train then Open Gym is the perfect time to train alone, with friends, test your weakness or just work on technique.
