The Fitness Hub Barbell Club, taught by Hub Qualified Olympic Weightlifting Coach Dave, will help you learn how to Olympic lift. It will teach you how to use an Olympic bar safely and effectively, enhance your technique of the squat, clean and jerk, deadlift and the snatch, while improve your strength, speed and power under the bar.
